8月31日,鏞舍Café Gray Deluxe新菜單正式上线。主廚Anthony精心挑選食材,結合歐陸菜系和亞洲元素,還原食物本真的味道,喚醒視覺和味覺的雙重感受。

31st Aug, the new menu at Café Gray Deluxe in The Middle House is now officially launched. Chef Anthony selects premium ingredients, combines modern European dishes with Asian touch, to focus on the food itself and waken the sense of vision and taste.

前菜-蟹肉餅

秋季是品嘗蟹肉的最佳季節,精選蟹肉,搭配微甜玉米,三文魚籽和具有東南亞風味的柑橘椰子汁。清爽开胃,沁人心脾。

Autumn is the best season for crabs. We select the premium crabs, pairing with sweetcorn, salmon roe, add an Asian touch with coconut citrus sauce. It’s refreshing and appetizing.

主菜-檸檬草風味烤雞

選用上等整雞,煮沸含有檸檬草,香菜,大蒜,小米辣等香料的天然飲用水,冷卻後泡雞24小時,風幹48小時,再用西式方法烤制雞肉。搭配烤大蒜,番茄,茄子和經典法式蛋黃醬,既美味又營養。

MAINS - ROASTED LEMONGRASS CHICKEN (HALF)

We select premium whole chicken, boil water with lemongrass, coriander, garlic, millet pepper and other spices. After cooling, soak the whole chicken for 24 hours, air-dry for 48 hours. Then grill the chicken via Western methods. It’s served with roasted garlic, tomatoes, eggplant, and the classic French Mayonnaise. It’s a delicious and nutritious dish.

主菜-伊比利亞黑毛豬叉燒

選用著名的伊比利亞黑毛豬,低溫慢煮8小時,搭配港式叉燒風味。完美的鹹甜搭配,輕松滿足你的味蕾。

MAINS - 8 HOUR SOUS VIDE IBERICO BBQ PORK

We use the well-known Iberico black pig, sous vide for 8 hours, pairing with soybean puree, shiitake mushrooms and sweet corn. It’s a perfect combination of savory and sweet taste, easily satisfying your taste buds.

MAINS - PRAWN ASPARAGUS & PEA RISOTTO

Risotto is a delicious staple that no one can refuse. It’s served with prawns, asparagus, green beans, lemon, and 24-month Parmesan Cheese, which makes this risotto more balanced, nutritious and delicious.

主菜-炙烤澳洲和牛裙肉配鰹魚汁米飯

搭配三文魚籽, 筍, 毛豆, 自制韓式辣醬。營養均衡,活力一整天。

MAINS - GRILLED WAGYU BEEF SKIRT WITH DASHI RICE

Served with salmon roe, bamboo, edamame, Korean chili sauce. A well-balanced dish to boost your energy.
