According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission of Guangdong, as of October 31st, all 868 domestic listed companies in Guangdong have disclosed their revenue for the third quarter of 2023 and have maintained growth in both operating income and net profit, showing a good momentum of marginal improvement. Among them, the development of new energy vehicles and the software and information services industry is rapid, the consumer services industry continues to rebound, and the performance of the electronic information industry has recovered.

Performance growth rate exceeds the national average rate

From the data, in the first three quarters of 2023, Guangdong listed companies achieved a total operating income of 7.16 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.5%, with a growth rate higher than the national average of listed companies (1.4%). The net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders (hereinafter referred to as net profit) reached 590.24 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.6%, with a growth rate higher than the national average (-1.7%) and the same period of the previous year (-2.2%).

Among them, 385 listed companies achieved year-on-year growth in profit, 116 achieved a year-on-year increase in net profit of more than 50%, 58 achieved a doubling of net profit, and 21 turned losses into profits. The total loss of loss-making companies decreased by 22.1% compared with the same period last year.

From the perspective of R&D investment, both technological innovation and R&D investment have maintained a high-speed growth trend. In the first three quarters, a total of 833 listed companies in Guangdong disclosed R&D expenses amounting to 203.68 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.9%, accounting for approximately 34.5% of the total net profit of listed companies in the province. The proportion of R&D expenses to operating income was 2.8%, an increase of 0.3 percentage points compared to the same period last year. Among them, 563 listed companies in strategic industries disclosed R&D expenses totaling 153.25 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.6%, accounting for 4.1% of operating income, an increase of 0.4 percentage points compared to the same period last year.

Consumer services industry continues to recover

The China Securities Regulatory Commission of Guangdong revealed that since the beginning of this year, the operating situation of listed companies in various industries in Guangdong has improved. Among them, industries related to consumption have shown a significant recovery.

From the disclosed data, Yangcheng Evening News found that in the third quarter, listed companies in the consumer service industry significantly reduced losses and turned losses around, while the financial service industry maintained steady growth. In the field of trade and service, 20 listed companies in Guangdong in the fields of culture, entertainment, hotels, tourism, and leasing achieved operating income of 121.13 billion yuan and a net profit of 4.84 billion yuan, representing year-on-year growth of 20.9% and 87.7% respectively, while the scale of construction projects increased by 21.5% year-on-year. For example, Jinyi Cinema achieved a 57.8% increase in operating income, and its net profit turned around from a loss to a profit (86 million yuan); Focus Media achieved a net profit of 3.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 69.1%.

In the transportation sector, 15 listed companies in ports, railways, roads, and warehousing achieved a net profit of 17.13 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 32.6%. In the aviation transportation sector, four listed companies achieved operating income of 128.55 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 67.3%. The net loss of 18.94 billion yuan in the same period last year turned into a profit of 1.95 billion yuan. China Southern Airlines achieved a single-quarter profit of 4.2 billion yuan in the third quarter, an increase of 5.17 billion yuan compared to the second quarter.

記者從廣東證監局獲悉，截至10月31日，廣東全省868家境內上市公司均在規定期限內披露了2023年三季度經營業績。從披露情況看，廣東上市公司保持營業收入和淨利潤雙增長，經營業績呈現邊際改善良好勢頭。其中，新能源汽車、軟件與信息服務業發展迅速，消費服務行業持續向好回升，電子信息業績得到一定修復。

業績增速高於全國平均水平

從數據來看，2023年前三季度，廣東上市公司合計實現營業收入7.16萬億元，同比增長2.5%，增速高於全國上市公司平均水平（1.4%），實現歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤（以下簡稱“淨利潤”）5902.4億元，同比增長5.6%，增速高於全國（-1.7%）和上年同期（-2.2%）。

其中，385家上市公司實現盈利額同比正增長，116家上市公司實現淨利潤50%以上同比增長，58家上市公司實現淨利潤翻倍，21家上市公司實現扭虧爲盈，虧損公司合計虧損額較上年同期減少22.1%。

從研發投入看，科技創新和研發投入力度保持高速增長態勢。前三季度廣東共有833家上市公司披露研發費用合計2036.8億元，同比增長14.9%，約佔全省上市公司淨利潤總額的34.5%；研發費用佔營業收入比重爲2.8%，較上年同期提高0.3個百分點。其中，563家战略性產業上市公司披露研發費用合計1532.5億元，同比增長15.6%，佔營業收入比重爲4.1%，較上年同期提高0.4個百分點。

消費服務行業持續向好回升

廣東證監局相關負責人表示，今年以來，廣東多個行業上市公司經營景氣度有所提升。其中，與消費相關的行業回暖明顯。

從披露數據中，羊城晚報記者發現，三季度消費服務業相關上市公司大幅減虧和扭虧，金融服務業保持平穩增長。在商貿服務領域，廣東20家文娛、酒店、旅遊、租賃業上市公司實現營業收入1211.3億元、淨利潤48.4億元，分別同比增長20.9%和87.7%；在建工程規模同比增長21.5%。例如，金逸影視營業收入增長57.8%，淨利潤實現扭虧爲盈（0.86億元）；分衆傳媒實現淨利潤36億元，同比增長69.1%。

交通運輸領域，全省15家港口、鐵路、道路、倉儲業上市公司實現淨利潤171.3億元，同比增長32.6%。航空運輸業領域，4家上市公司實現營業收入1285.5億元，同比增長67.3%，淨利潤由上年同期虧損189.4億元轉爲盈利19.5億元，南方航空第三季度單季盈利42億元，較第二季度環比增加51.7億元。
